About FACT -
FACT a Government of India Enterprise has business interests in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers, caprolactam, engineering consultancy and fabrication of equipments. Units of FACT include the two manufacturing divisions Udyogamandal Complex-UC and Cochin Division-CD, the consultancy unit FACT Engineering and Design Organization-FEDO, the fabrication division FACT Engineering Works-FEW and the Marketing Division. The Company has also interests in petrochemicals, hydrometallurgy, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

About Current Recruitment-
Applications are invited from eligible candidates with Graduation in any discipline for engagement on contract basis for a period of three months to function as Field Assistant for following up PoS sales in various dealer points and facilitating the pending sales through PoS.
Selection will be state wise based on Walk in Interview. Candidates should be able to communicate in the local language of the state. The candidates should own two wheeler and having valid driving license. The candidates are expected to travel to various locations as part of the job. Selected candidates should be ready to work in any district/districts of the State concerned. The engagement will be purely temporary and will be discontinued on completion of three months.
